Ontime Media Logistics Ltd recently completed a successful bespoke logistics project for one of our customers. Our client had won a major contract to supply Amazon Distribution hubs throughout the UK and Europe. Consequently, they turned to Ontime, to help plan, project manage, and, ultimately, facilitate this exciting project for them.

Our team quickly went to work, planning the entire operation, detailing how we would help meet and exceed expectations. We proactively structured and navigated every project detail. From initial receipt of goods, through unloading and reworking to onward shipping and delivery into Amazon hubs throughout the UK and Europe.

Upon plan approval, we immediately began work

Over a two-month window, Ontime, received 85 x 40ft shipping containers, effectively utilizing both our UK and German locations. Each shipping container held 740 individual boxes which required unloading from the container and palletising within a strict time window. Our teams worked tirelessly to ensure every container was unloaded, its goods palletized and wrapped, and all were ready for onward shipment within the pre-agreed timeframe.

Subsequently, once goods were ready, we coordinated daily full load shipments to Amazon Distribution centers across the UK and Europe on a time-sensitive basis. We scheduled every load for precise delivery, and shipped 130 full artic loads throughout the project
